A couple years back I decided to run every day for a year.
365 days straight of running the minimum of 1 mile a day. It was a great experience and I am thinking about doing it again.
The best part of a running streak is that it helps you form a running routine.
The good news: You don’t need to run for a whole year to form your running habit.
One article explains that a habit is formed after about 2 months of consistent behavior.
The challenge: Run for two straight months. I would suggest for a minimum of a mile day.
