The Monday Motivator

My morning running routine:

  1. Put on Heart Rate monitor
  2. Put on Running Clothes
  3. Strap on GPS/HR Watch
  4. Search for Satellites on Watch
  5. Put on Running Shoes
  6. Look for a Podcast to listen to on run
  7. Put in Earbuds
  8. Go Run

Sometimes I feel my run is more shaped around technology than just running.

So, I am sure to run Tech-Free on certain days.

My Tech-Free running routine:

  1. Put on Running Clothes
  2. Put on Running Shoes
  3. Run

 

Give yourself some Tech-Free running days.
