I love starting anew.

Starting a new training plan, starting with a new goal, starting a new year and starting a new week.

It feels great to start at Zero.

Last week is over, and now all that matters is this one.

Today I ran 8 miles in the mountains doing hill work. It feels like a strong start to the week.
