WOW(Workout of the Weekend)

 

The weekend is here and it is time get stronger.

Get stronger this weekend with a Push-up or Pull-up Pyramid workout. Not matter what your strength level, this workout can be a challenge.

Choose Push-ups or Pull-ups.

Start with 1 Rep. Rest for 10 seconds to 1 minute. Trust me, it gets harder.

Do 2 Reps. Rest for 10 seconds to 1 minute.

Do 3 Reps. Rest for 10 sec to 1 min.

Do 4 Reps. Rest for 10 sec to 1 min.

Do 5 Reps. Rest for 10 sec to 1 min.

Do 6 Reps. Rest 10 sec. to 1 min.

Keep adding Reps until you are at your Max.

Then work your down. For example, if you make it to 20 Reps.

20 Reps. Rest 10 sec to 1 min.

19 Reps. Rest 10 sec to 1 min.

18 Reps. Rest 10 sec. to 1 min.

Keep going until you reach 0.

Try doing Push-ups on Saturday, and then Pull-ups on Sunday.

Do the workout with the least amount of rest possible between sets.
